I bought/recieved/installed this product just a few days ago.
It arrived quickly, and was not dinged or damaged. The unit is rather large, but has a sleek design and isn’t unsightly on the countertop.
Installation was incredibly easy – I don’t know what other people are talking about with the difficulty of fitting the spout into the base unit – mine just slid right in with some gentle pressure. I’m not a plumber by any means, and I had this thing installed in about 3 minutes. The only thing I reccommend you do that isn’t in the instructions is to use some teflon plumber’s tape on the pipe threads just to make SURE it won’t leak.
