I had this water cooler for about 1 year, when the cold water stopped dispensing. The cooler worked, but the cold water just dripped out. The hot water continued being heated and flowed nicely. I think there’s something wrong with the cold water pump or valves. It seems that lots of other people have this similar problem. So, I just ordered a Primo hot/cold water dispenser. I’ll steer clear of Hamilton Beach from now on.
